Tower Hotels are no novices when it comes to the web. The Group were early adopters of the internet as a sales and marketing tool and have been through a number of iterations of different websites over the years. Considering the web had already proven hugely successful to Tower Hotel Group, the primary focus of this project was to increase the conversion rate of site visits to actual bookings.
Upon reviewing the traffic statistics of the websites, it was quickly apparent that the sites had an extensive reach into the market. Working together with Continuum, the new websites have generated a 50% increase in online bookings. “The improved design, usability and clear calls-to-action of the new sites are make a tremendous impact on our online bookings and Continuum developed a tailored reporting database to help us monitor site activity on a very specific level.” according to Deirdre Power, General Manager Commercial.
The second phase of the project is now well underway, and Continuum recently launched the new www.castleknockhotel.com site, with a new site for Faithlegg House Hotel & Country Club (www.faithlegg.com) due for completion in the coming weeks.
