Continuum spent a considerable time detailing site requirements and then testing the site with focus groups. The test groups declared the design engaging and accessible – easily navigable to desired products, they understood and appreciated transaction security and found the sales process to be simple.

Consolidating feeds from multiple suppliers such as Pixmania, offers the consumer an extensive online department store experience; upon product selection, our automated personal shopping assistant compares and contrasts with other similar goods to ensure you make an informed decision on each purchase.

Just like any great online store, our site remembers return customers and allows them to set up an account, reorder previously purchased items, or create a wish list. Site mechanics allow product up-sells and cross-sells. When customers have questions, they use online chat (integrated with Zopim) to get fast answers.

Continuum have also initiated an SEO, Pay-per-click advertising and social networking campaign for Shockeronics so they can affordably build their online presence. Integrated Google analytics focuses the site on continual advancement.
