Brightwater is one of the largest and most respected recruitment organisations in Ireland with offices in Dublin, Cork and Belfast. Brightwater opened in Dublin in September 1998. The company was established because a genuine gap was identified in the still fledgling, agency-led Irish Recruitment market: The need for a Recruitment Consultancy. Brightwater's professional, specialist approach was enthusiastically embraced and within 5 years the company became one of the 5 biggest employment agencies in Ireland. Brightwater required an online recruitment solution which would help them to easily and quickly manage vacancies, source skilled staff and build the Brightwater brand online.

Strategy
Two state-of-the-art, highly functional websites were developed for www.brightwater.ie (Brightwater Selection) and www.brightwatersupport.ie (Brightwater Support Services). Functional synergies were leveraged between the two sites and a united consistent brand is portrayed.

The operation of the websites has far exceeded initial estimates of recruitment, efficiency and building market share.
Continuum's innovative HTML Page Builder has assisted Brightwater in building traffic to the websites. The Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) assistance tool builds highly optimised spider friendly html pages automatically from the sites dynamic database content - www.brightwater.ie/livejobs/sitemap.aspx .
The site utilises premier standards in web design, functionality, accessibility and usability.
The websites are extremely easy to update and maintain using Continuum CMS (Content Management System).
Technology
The websites were developed in HTML, ASP.Net with a Microsoft SQL database. Statistics for the sites are generated in Webaliser.
