The Challenge

Established in 1864, the Shaws name is synonymous with Irish shoppers. Shaws stores offer leading brands with a strong focus on customer service. Many of their loyal customers have grown up with Shaws being at the heart of their shopping experience. With 15 locations around Ireland Shaws recognised the influence of eCommerce on traditional bricks-and-mortar retailing.

Digital Tactics

Continuum’s goal was to increase qualified traffic to the site and footfall to the stores though a high-end brochure site that appeals to Shaws target audience. In tandem we launched shawshome.ie offering an extensive range of quality homewares; the company’s first eCommerce site. Working with Shaws in-house online marketing team we formulated and executed a digital strategy which included SEO, PPC, Social Networking and eMail Marketing that has delivered!
